It measures open queues, release evidence, and recent motion without requiring the repositories to explain themselves verbally. This is more efficient and less emotionally demanding for everyone involved. Private work remains off the public ledger unless the office explicitly opts in.
The daily updater files public owner repositories that are not forks and not archived. It records open queues, release markers, commit headlines, and repository activity. The evidence is rendered as plain static HTML. Dynamic dashboards were considered, then denied for insufficient usefulness.
